NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 29, 2016, entered in Case No. 2011 CA 001015 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Newbury Place REO IV, LLC is the Plaintiff and Joseph Jorame AKA Jormane Joseph ; The Unknown Spouse of Joseph Jorame AKA Jormane Joseph; Rose Marie Lubin AKA Rosemarie Lubin; The Unknown Spouse of Rose Marie Lubin AKA Rosemarie Lubin; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4; the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 3rd day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, BLOCK 465, 8th ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 20 AND 20A THRU 20K, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
