NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 6, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 004770 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER A. GEORGOPULOS, BENEVA RIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC., PETER ALCOVER, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER A. GEORGOPULOS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of May, 2016 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 331, Beneva Ridge, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1140, Page 1097 and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 9, Pages 26, 26A and 26B, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
