NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 6, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2012CA009768 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2006-FA8, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT is Plaintiff and THOMAS J FASTIGGI, STACY B. FASTIGGI, UKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA JOHN BLODGETT, TENANT # 2 UNKNOWN, UKNOWN SPOUSE OF STACY FASTIGGI, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS J. FASTIGGI, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of May, 2016 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 188, of Lake Sarasota Unit 3, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page 65, of the Public Records cf Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
