NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-10387-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR QUEEN'S PARK OVAL ASSET HOLDING TRUST, is Plaintiff and MAGED G. MORKUS, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 29th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13, BLOCK C, HIDDEN LAKE SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 79, Pages 54-58, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 2511 Rolling Oaks Drive, Palm Harbor, FL 34683
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
