NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-008089-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-GEL2, is Plaintiff and KATHY L. ROGERS, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 29th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 23, Block E, Salinas Euclid Park, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 37, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1058 60th Ave N, St Petersburg, Florida 33703
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
