NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 1, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-009270 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and LEANNA RAMOS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIMBERLY A. PATZNER N/K/A STEVEN PATZNER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEANNA RAMOS, SEA SHELL OF INDIAN SHORES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of February, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 17, SEA SHELL OF INDIAN SHORES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM. PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE(S) 101 THROUGH 106, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5102, PAGE 128, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
