NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 12, 2016 in Civil Case No. 52-2015-CA-004074 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and NANCY LEWIS, JONATHAN LEWIS A/K/A JONATHAN TURNBULL LEWIS, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE , UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE , BORDEAUX CHATEAU HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., BORDEAUX VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, NO. 3, INC., BORDEAUX VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, KARIN REYNOLDS LEWIS, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF NANCY FARRELL LEWIS, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JONATHAN LEWIS A/K/A JONATHAN TURNBULL LEWIS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KARIN REYNOLDS LEWIS, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Nancy Farrell Lewis, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of February, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 101-Q, as shown on Condominium plat of BORDEAUX VILLAGE'¨CONDOMINIUM NO. 3, PHASE V, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 50, Pages'¨113 through 119, and amended in Condominium Plat Book 52, Pages 107 through 109, Public Records'¨of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of condominium filed'¨MAY 27, 1981 in Official Records Book 5196, Pages 1485 through 1547, and amended JULY 27, 1981, in'¨Official Records Book 5225, Page 1517, adding PHASE IV, together with such additions and'¨amendments to said Declaration, and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as'¨recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the exhibits attached thereto'¨and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant'¨thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
