NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2016, and entered in 15-002090-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. F/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and JOHN BERRETTA; MALTA BERRETTA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; PARK CENTRAL TOWERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 07, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 102, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF PARK CENTRAL TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 64 THROUGH 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MARCH 28, 1973 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4009, PAGES 1143 THROUGH 1215 INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4627, PAGE 1930, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4785, PAGE 1844, AND AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5007, PAGE 2115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
