Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 15, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 25, CRYSTAL ISLAND SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 512 JOHNS PASS AVE, MADEIRA BEACH , FL 33708; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on March 15, 2016 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
