Deceased.
The administration of the estate of James H. Hughes, deceased, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, File Number 15-007685-ES the address of which is 545 First Avenue North, Room 312, Saint Petersburg, FL 33701. The estate is testate. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All interested persons on whom this notice is served who have objections that challenge the validity of the will or codicils, qualifications of the personal representative, venue, or jurisdiction of the Court are required to file their objections with the Court, WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM OR THOSE OBJECTIONS ARE FOREVER BARRED.
Any person entitled to exempt property is required to file a petition for determination of exempt property WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW OR THE RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROPERTY IS DEEMED WAIVED. Any person entitled to elective share is required to file an election or take elective share WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW OF THE RIGHT TO CLAIM AN ELECTIVE SHARE IS DEEMED WAIVED.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate, including un-matured, contingent or unliquidated claims, on whom a copy of this notice is served within three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this notice must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent, including un-matured or unliquidated claims, must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
