NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-6155-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and DEBRA L. MEDINA F/K/A DEBRA L. DAVIS; JOSE A. MEDINA; HUNTER'S RIDGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2; ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TOH AVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED; are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 11 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 225, HUNTER'S RIDGE UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE(S) 122 THROUGH 124, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
