NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2016, entered in Case No. 12-011209-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association F/K/A The Bank of New York Trust Company, N. A., as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N. A. SBM Bank One national Association as Trustee for RASC 2001KS2, is the Plaintiff and Pearl Golden; Unknown Spouse of Pearl Golden; Mary Harris A/K/A Mary Blank; And/or Unknown spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against Mary Harris A/K/A Mary Black Deceased; Dept. of Juctice; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A.; City of St. Petersburg; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 32 FEET OF LOT 3; AND THE NORTH 27 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 1, PYRAMID HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 2 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
