NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 23, 2016, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the Clerk of Court or any of her duly authorized deputies, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Lot 14, Block 4, ZEPHYR HEIGHTS 1ST ADDITION, as per Plat Book 8, Page 21, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
in an online sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on August 4, 2016, beginning at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
