Alfonso, Esquire, the petitioner's attorney, whose address is 37908 Church Avenue, Dade City, Florida 33525, on or before May 16, 2016, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
