RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 30, 2016 and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-006874-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and TODD E. WRIGHT, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Commence at the SW corner of SE 1/4 of Section 24, Township 23 South, Range 21 East, thence run East along the South boundary of said Section 24, 245 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING, run thence North parallel with the West boundary of said SE 1/4 of Section 24, 150 feet, thence West parallel with the South boundary of said Section 24, 105 feet, thence North, parallel with said West boundary of SE 1/4, 180 feet, more or less to the North boundary of the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of said Section 24, thence East along said North boundary, 160 feet, more or less, to a point 360 feet West of the NE corner of said S 1/2 of SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of SE 1/4, thence South, parallel with the East boundary of said S 1/2 of SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of SE 1/4, 330 feet, more or less to a point on the South boundary of said Section 24, 360 feet West of the Southeast corner of said S 1/2 of SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of SE 1/4, thence West 55 feet, more or less to the POINT OF BEGINNING, Pasco County, Florida, Less the West 40 feet of the East 55 feet of the West 300 feet of the South 150 feet of the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 24, Township 23 South, Range 21, Pasco County, Florida.
