NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 05, 2016, entered in Case No. 52-2014-CA-006439-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST FRANK L. HURST, DECEASED; CARRIE LYNNE PRUNA A/K/A CARRIE L. PRUNA, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF FRANK L. HURST, DECEASED; KRISTINE M. HURST A/K/A KRISTINE M. HURST WAJSZCZUK A/K/A KRISTINE M. HURST-WAJSZCZUK A/K/A KRISTINE M. WAJSZCZUK, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF FRANK L. HURST, DECEASED; BRIAN JOHN HURST A/K/A BRIAN J. HURST, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF FRANK L. HURST, DECEASED; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; and TENANT #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 19th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51, ORCHID LAKE SUBDIVISION, TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION OF THE EAST 1/2 OF VACATED 52ND STREET NORTH, LYING WEST OF SAID LOT 51 AS EXTENDED TO THE CENTERLINE OF SAID VACATED 52ND STREET NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 26 AND 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A CERTAIN 1992 MERITT MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO: VIN# FLHMBS43232032A AND FLHMBS43232032B
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
