NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 11, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-009053 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF THE HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006-HE1 is Plaintiff and CHARLES E. HEISER, KAREN S. HEISER, JUNE D. HEISER, SOUTHLAND INSURANCE COMPANY, UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A CHAD HEISER, UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A CODY HEISER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of February, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block “P”, FAIRLAWN PARK MANOR UNIT 1, according to a Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 92, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
