NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-005629 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Alphonso Brown and Gary C. Anderson and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Carol G. Anderson Brown a/k/a Carol G. Brown a/k/a Carol Brown, Deceased, and All Other person Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 11, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
