NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 06, 2015, and entered in 15-002907-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR HECM ACQUISITION TRUST 2015-1, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT INDIVIDUALLY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and ANTONIA M.REARDON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICAN ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 08, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
