NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2015, and the Order on Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated January 15, 2016, in the above-styled cause, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit No. 15, Building 18-A, Wing “A” NORTHWEST, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT 41, A CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O. R. Book 4559, Pages 2171 through 2198, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 25, Page 28, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and more commonly described as 2311 Brisbane Street, #15, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
at public sale, on the 25th day of February, 2016 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
