A CONDOMINIUM; HILDA REARDON A/K/A HILDA REARSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HILDA REARDON A/K/A HILDA REARSON N/K/A MICHAEL REARDON; TOWN SHORES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 26, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 3434, PAGE 182 AND AMENDMENT TO DELCARATION FILED JULY 6, 1973 IN O.R. BOOK 4050, PAGE 1386, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 2.0% SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
