NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated November 24, 2015, entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-013216 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and HUNTER, MICHELLE are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, SEMINOLE FOREST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGES 48 AND 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. PLUS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF AFOREMENTIONED LOT 11 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING. THENCE RUN NORTH 16 DEGREES 06 MINUTES 08 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 104.44 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 88 DEGREES 52 MINUTES 03 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 12.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 22 DEGREES 25 MINUTES 48 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 105.18 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
