NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-007099-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2003-B, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-B is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST GARY GRAEF A/K/A GARY C. GRAEF, DECEASED; SARAH BACK; GRETCHEN G. MILLER; LESLIE SCHRACK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY #1; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY #2; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY#3; KATHARINE FARNBACHER; ; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 11 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK W-2, REPLAT OF BLOCK W, SIXTH ADDITION TO GULF SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
