NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 14, 2016 in Civil Case No. 13-004680-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH L. VICARI, ELIZABETH L VICARI , ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY THROUGH UNDER AND AGAINST ELIZABETH L VICARI WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES HEIRS DEVISEES GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, KATHLEEN LOUISE HENSLEY, GREEN DOLPHIN PARK VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, REGIONS BANK AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK , DAN RATTRAY A/K/A DANIEL RATTRAY, JEFFREY N. RATTRAY SR., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHARON LOUISE SANDERS-MAHER, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Elizabeth L. Vicari, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of March, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 1602, GREEN DOLPHIN PARK VILLAS, PHASE I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O. R. Book 5314, Page 1429, and as Amended thereto, according to Condominium Plat Book 59, Page 1, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements as described in said Declaration, appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with and subject, however, to all of the provisions of the said Declaration of Condominium of GREEN DOLPHIN PARK VILLAS, PHASE I.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
