NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-005686-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and RICHARD C. STEWART ; IRIS N. STEWART; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100135300017020645);, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of March, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK D, LAKE PEARL ESTATES UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
