Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 15-8166-CO-042, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
CONDO UNIT NO. 70 OF FOUNTAIN SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS REPORTED IN O.R. BOOK 5012, PAGE 335, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 42 THROUGH 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on March 4, 2016. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
