NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 22 January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-003936-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Libby Roeser also known as Libby May Roeser also known as Libby M. Roeser also known as Libby May Briguglio also known as Libby R. Briguglio also known as Libby Briguglio, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 8th of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
