NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14008317CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA HEROLD; AND ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH AND UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 26th day of February, 2016, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 6, WHITE'S LAKE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEROF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE(S) 43, PUBLIC RECORDS 0F PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
