NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 16th day of December A.D., 2015, in the cause wherein, The King Firm, PA was plaintiff(s) and John F. Hipp, was defendant(s), being Case No 14-8257-SC-44 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), John F. Hipp aka John Frederick Hipp, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 1 and 2 in Block C of Fruit Haven, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9 at page 16 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
