NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2016, entered in Case No. 52-2015-CA-002128-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and David Gross; The Unknown Spouse Of David Gross N/K/A Doris Gross; Gull Aire Village Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 160, GULL- AIRE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGES 40 THROUGH 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
TOGETHER WITH A CERTAIN RETIRED 1982 PALM HARBOR MOBILE HOMELOCATED THEREON AS A FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO: VIN#'S 17593A AND 17593B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
