That certain parcel consisting of Unit no. 521, Building 26 as shown on Condominium Plat of The Boulevard Club, a Condominium, according Condominium Plat Book 31, Pages 27 through 33, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed November 7, 1978 in Official Records Book 4770, Pages 233 through 286, as amended in Official Records Book 4853, Page 1567; in Official Records Book 4855, Page 508; and in Official Records Book 4873, Page 678, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
