NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 15, 2016 in Civil Case No. 13-003375-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and ELLEN M. SULLIVAN; MARITA SULLIVAN; SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 11 INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LAURA CAIN; UNKNOWN TENANT #II; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELLEN M. SULLIVAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS APARTMENT 206 AND CARPORT SPACE NO. 11-34, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 11, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 66- 72 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH GRANTOR'S FEE SIMPLE INTEREST IN AND TO THE UNDIVIDED 1.9706% SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OFTHE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 11, INC., AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3778, PAGES 40-140, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 66-72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
