To all persons interested in the estate of Alice M. Welch, deceased, whose last known address was #400 Island Way, Apt. 1707, Clearwater, FL 33767:
The undersigned, James Michael Welch, is acting as Trustee under a trust, the terms of which provide that the debts of the decedent may be paid by the Trustee upon receipt of proper proof thereof.
