NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 14-007896-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein RCN CAPITAL FUNDING, LLC, a Connecticut limited company, is Plaintiff and LIFE DESIGN - DESIGNING YOUR LIFE'S DASH, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on the 27th day of June 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Part of Lots 2 and 3, CARLTON ESTATES, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 14, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly described in Official Records Book 3783, Page 306, as follows:
From the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 2, run thence North 38°13'05” East, along the Easterly line of said Lot 2, a distance of 173.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 38°13'05” East, a distance of 3.33 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 3; thence run North 45°30'16” East along the Easterly line of said Lot 3, a distance of 169.26 feet to a point; thence run North 41°21'03” West, a distance of 126.27 feet to a point; thence run South 47°15'46” West, a distance 171.83 feet to a point; thence run South 41°08'23” East, a distance of 132.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
