NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 10, 2015, and entered in 15-003737-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-WMC4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-WMC4 is the Plaintiff and PATRICK W. MILLER A/K/A PATRICK MILLER; LAURA J. MILLER are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 11, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
