NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-011982-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders, CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-OA9 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OA9 is the Plaintiff and Phillip H. Massey; Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A Richard Doe; Plasida Roque-Maye; Unknown Spouse of Phillip H. Massey; Unknown Spouse of Plasida Roque-Maye; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK A, DUNEDIN ISLES ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 16 AND 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND A 5 FOOT STRIP OF LAND ADJOINING ON THE EAST.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
