NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 19, 2016, entered in Case No. 52-2014-CA-002927 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and and Tenant #4 The Names Being Fictitious To Account For Parties In Possession; Tenant #3; Tenant #2; Tenant #1; The Unknown Spouse Of Susan Mason; Susan Mason; Bank Of America, Na; Placido Bayou Community Association, Inc.; Neighborhood H Homeowners' Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
