NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 8, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-007013-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-R3 is the Plaintiff and Gideon Rechnitz, as Trustee of The Terheun Family Trust pursuant to the provisions of Trust Agreement dated February 22, 2006; Gary Jacobs; Safety National Casualty Corporation; Kelly Terheun; The Unknown Beneficiaries of the The Terheun Family Trust pursuant to the provisions of Trust Agreement dated February 22, 2006 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, GORSUCH & HUTCHINSON NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
