Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2016, entered in Civil Case Number 14-007578-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. RAMP 2006-RS4 is the Plaintiff, and JAMES BEEGAN, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 10, BLOCK 38, MEADOW LAWN FIFTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of March, 2016. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
