NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 22, 2016 in Civil Case No. 52-2015-CA-002491 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-RP2 is Plaintiff and GEORGE E. BURGESS, IIIA/K/A GEORGE E. BURGESS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE E. BURGESS III A/K/A GEORGE E. BURGESSGEORGE E. BURGESS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ND, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A LISA SILER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of March, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 23 and 24, Alston Heights No. 4, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 37, Pages 38, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
