NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 06007561CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC., is the Plaintiff and ERICA N. WILLIAMS A/K/A ERICA WILLIAMS AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st day of March, 2016, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK D, HILLSIDE PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 41 AND 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
