NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-005378-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., FORMERLY JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2004-AR8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-AR8 is Plaintiff and TARA DONBERGS A/K/A TARA L. DONBERGS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TARA DONBERGS A/K/A TARA L. DONBERGS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; REGIONS BANK AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; WINDING CREEK VII CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 18 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: APARTMENT 205, BUILDING 20-A, PHASE 2, WINDING CREEK PHASE VII, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 91, PAGES 10 THROUGH 13, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6203, PAGE 1659, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
