NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-001514-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XIV TRUST is Plaintiff and ROGER S. BEESLEY A/K/A ROGER STUART BEESLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROGER S. BEESLEY A/K/A ROGER STUART BEESLEY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; LSG COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 18 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK M, LAKE ST. GEORGE UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 43 AND 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
