NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit B, Building 1, EL PASADO, PHASE 5, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 78, Pages 51 through 54 and being further described in the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 5810, Pages 335 through 398 and amendments thereto, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 1801 East Lake Rd. #11B, Palm Harbor, Florida 34685
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 18, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
