YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Kerya Koeut, Esq., whose address is 5120 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, FL 33707 within 28 days, on or before 3-18, 2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756, before service on Kerya Koeut, Esq., or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
