NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13010719CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and LISA J. WRIGHT; REDINGTON BEACH PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND THE UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 8th day of March 2016, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 17, OF SECOND ADDITION TO REDINGTON BEACH HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
