NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 5214000515, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIESCORPORATION, MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-PA3 is the Plaintiff and JONATHAN G. HISGHMAN II; ADMIRALS BANK AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO DOMESTIC BANK; WELLS FARGO BANK, N. A. UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JONATHAN G. HISGHMAN II; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 8th day of March, 2016, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 63 AND THE EASTERLY 45 FEET OF LOT 62, BLOCK 43, A SUBDIVISION OF BELLEAIR ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 52-57 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, THE EASTERLY 45 FEET OF LOT 62 BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE MOST SOUTHERLY POINT IN THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN LOTS 62 AND 63 FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING THUS ESTABLISHED, RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 62 A DISTANCE OF 45 FEET, THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ON A LINE PARALLEL WITH THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN LOTS 62 AND 63 TO THE MOST NORTHERLY POINT IN LOT 62, THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 62 TO THE MOST NORTHERLY POINT IN THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN LOTS 62 AND 63, THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN LOTS 62 AND 63 TO THE ESTABLISHED POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
