Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 29, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 67, EAGLE COVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 96 THROUGH 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3966 EAGLE COVE DRIVE E., PALM HARBOR, FL 34685; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 25, 2016 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
