NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2015-CA-005535 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Branch Banking & Trust, Successor by Merger to BankAtlantic, Plaintiff and Beverly A. Bartlett are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 10, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT E, IN BUILDING 3367 OF CRYSTAL LAKE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5862, PAGES 737 THOUGH 770 AND FIFTH AMENDMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5931, PAGE 1216 AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5932, ON PAGE 1796, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 80, PAGES 5 THROUGH 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
