Unit 1707 of ULTIMAR TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 7872, Page 97, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
has been filed against you. You are required to file written defenses with the clerk of the court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first publication on or before 3-21-16 of this notice on Plaintiff's attorney, Anne M. Malley, P.A., 270 South Pinellas Avenue, Suite 200, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
